At The Happie House, we understand that a healthy staff is a productive staff. Our programs are geared towards enhancing relaxation and promoting health and wellbeing amongst all employees.
Stress is perhaps one of the largest causes of chronic disease and mental illness. It plays a major role in the development of depression & anxiety, headache, diabetes, heart disease, and much more. It is a well-known statistic that 80% of Americans feel stressed in the work place and need help managing their stress on a daily basis. While many will turn to medications and doctors, we believe that the work starts at the source; why not make the office a place where healing can occur?
We offer programs in the following areas:
We offer group yoga classes in 45 or 60 minute increments. Our 45 minute express classes are perfect for a lunch break, however, both our 45 and 60 minute classes can fit in perfectly before or after business hours.
MEDITATION & Breathing
Our meditation classes come in 15 or 30 minute increments. The 15 minute add-on is a wonderful follow-up for a yoga practice. The 30 minute stand alone class is a wonderful way to help employees unwind and relax the mind after a busy day.
Our self-care demos are wonderful for staff development and/or staff appreciation days or educational sessions
Office Yoga & Breathing Demo:
A 45 minute-one hour session about various yoga poses and breath work employees can use at their desks, especially in the moments in which they might feel overwhelmed.
Nutrition Education Demos:
Lisa Samuels, the owner of The Happie House is also a registered dietitian and is passionate about helping people find health through food. She offers several nutrition programs geared towards corporate professionals. Each of them are about 45 minutes in length:
