  1. I am new to yoga. Are there any classes on your schedule that are designated for beginners?

    Yes! Our Foundations of Yoga class is meant for those who are just beginning their yoga journey. It moves a little slower so that you can understand the poses and get a solid foundation. Restorative and Yin yoga are also both good for beginners, though they are a little different than your average yoga class. Please visit our class schedule page for a description of all of the yoga classes that we offer.

  2. I purchased a Groupon but am unable to register online. How do I go about securing a spot for my first class?

    With a Groupon, you can walk in to the studio about 10 minutes prior to your first class. Please be sure to bring your Groupon with you (mobile version is ok as well). If you are concerned about the class filling up, please feel free to send us an email including your name, phone number, email, and birthday. We’ll get you all set up in the system and will register you to reserve your space.

  3. Do you have mats available at the studio?

    We do have mats available at the studio. For your first visit, mats are free. After that, there is a $2 rental fee per class.

  4. Do I have to pre-register for classes?

    Walk-ins are always welcome, however certain classes fill up faster than others. Since we do have limited space, it is recommended that you register ahead of time. If you cannot make a class, please be sure to cancel at least 2 hours ahead of time so that your spot may be released to someone else. All classes that are cancelled inside the 2 hour window, as well as classes that are not attended, are not eligible for refund.

  5. Do the class packages I purchased have expiration dates?

    1. Yes, each class package does expire after a certain amount of time.

      1. Intro Offer: Expires 30 days from the date of your first class

      2. 3 Classes: 2 months from the date of your first class

      3. 5 Classes: 3 months from the date of your first class

      4. 10 Classes: 4 months from the date of your first class

      5. Monthly Unlimited: 1 month from the date of your first class

  6. Can I buy a Groupon more than once?

    You can buy a Groupon voucher more than once, however, they can only be used 6 months apart.

  7. Do you offer free trial classes?

    At this time, we do not offer free trial classes. We do offer Donation-Based Community Classes on the first Sunday of every month that are open to the public. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date on our free Open House events that occur every few months.

  8. How old do students have to be to take your classes?

    Unless there is an event where age is otherwise specified, all students must be 14 years or older and accompanied by an adult if they are under 18.
